The purpose of this discussion group is to provide you with
the opportunity to read and have thought provoking
conversations as students and friends. Being part of this
group makes you a better reader, critical thinker, and gives
you the chance to engage in meaningful conversations with
your peers.
Lessons 2-6 Discussions:
Read the assigned chapters for this lesson.
Initial Response –

● You will be responsible for reading two chapters from the book each week. After you have read
the content, think critically about how this information will benefit your professional or personal
life. (Highlight in your book, take notes, write in the margins)
● Fill in the chart on the next page by creating at least 2 questions for each chapter (

● Attach this document as the initial response in your group’s Discussion by 11:59 PM on the due
date for your Initial post (3 days after beginning of the lesson)

● You must comment on the first two boxes, respond to the questions, and reflect on the application
portion.
