The following is an example to show what you should do.

EXAMPLE:

An effective sexual harassment policy takes into consideration both “quid-pro-quo” and “hostile environment” types of sexual harassment.

The above statement is: TRUE

EXPLANATION: This statement is true because there are two primary kinds of sexual harassment. Both are against the law. “Quid-pro-quo” harassment refers to a situation when a supervisor demands sexual favors for some direct benefit he or she will provide in return. This may be a promotion or even just keeping one’s job. “Hostile environment” refers to any situation where an employee is made to feel uncomfortable because of sexually explicit jokes, pictures, innuendos, remarks or anything else of this nature in the workplace.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Okay – got the idea? First, indicate whether the statement is true or false. Then, write a short paragraph to explain why. Be sure to write a paragraph. If you only write a sentence, you will lose credit. Go to it. Work carefully and good luck.
